DAVAO LOS AMIGOS CORE HOUSING PROJECT
Project description: The project involves the construction of 18 two-storey row housing units on 28-sq.meter plots with total floor area of 20 sq.meters per unit core, albeit livable structure using interlocking Compressed Earth Blocks (ICEB) constructed with steel roof frames, corrugated GI sheet roofing, flooring with basic plumbing pipes, septic tank and electrical wiring.
Partner institutions and beneficiaries:
The housing units will target (18 family) members of SMASH who were living along high risk areas and were recently relocated by the LGU at Paknaan relocation site.
Amount of award: Php 225,272.37
Implementation period: December 2014 - September 2015
MANDAUE MMVHAI CORE HOUSING PROJECT
Project description: The project involves the construction of 46 one-storey core housing units on 80 sq.meter plots with total floor area of 20 sq.meters per unit core, albeit livable structure made of Intrelocking Compressed Earth Blocks (ICEB) constructed with steel roof frame and GI sheet roofing with doors, windows, electrical rough-ins and toilet and bath. Partner institutions and beneficiaries:
The housing units will target families that are able to avail plots in the relocation site as part of the City Government’s program to provide secure tenure to informal settlers in the city who lives in the private land, along roadsides and coastal areas, as well as in other high-risk areas.
Amount of award: Php 333,600.00 Implementation period: January 2015 - September 2015
LTHAI HOUSING PROJECT
Project description: Housing for poorest of the poor through SELAVIP program. TAMPEI’s role is to come up with a decent low-cost housing design with the partner beneficiaries and to manage and supervise the construction together with the organized community committees
ILOILO USWAG CORE HOUSING PROJECT
Project description: 45 housing units in Brgy San Isidro, Jaro, Iloilo City for Homeless People’s Federation Philippines Inc. and its partners. Housing beneficiaries are families that previous reside in high risk areas affected by major government infrastructure projects such as river rehabilitation and road widening. This also included families threatened by court ordered demolition or ejectment cases

45 housing units with innovative ICEB blocks (interlocking compressed earth blocks for low-cost construction for socialized housing.
